We bought our Hot Tub from them and they came and installed it. A year later, I had a leaf get sucked into my Hot Tub plumbing and they came out and replaced the heater under warranty quickly.

Had a problem in the winter months and hot tub had to be drained till spring to figure out problem. MIBP&S were quick to come out and winterize to avoid freeze damage. In the spring they discovered I had a problem with the breaker which I decided to replace myself. Anytime I call their service people, they are always willing to share knowledge to help me diagnose as well , possibly saving a service call. Prices are fair too.

After multiple attempts with other pool / supply companies and much frustration from lack of helping us resolve our pool water issues and sinking hundreds of $$ going down the backwash drain and not fixing the problem. We decided to go to MI BackyarcPool & Spa. With the 2 suggestions our pool water issues finally resolved and looking great within 2 days. ( as Promised by Christina) her professional knowledge is spot on. We purchased a hot tub from Dan at the beginning of April and just had install completed. We went with their preferred electrician, Adam, who was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to get in touch with. Our install was incredibly efficient and we assumed would be a pain going up a flight of stairs but these guys were absolute pros. MI backyard has been nothing short of fantastic to work with and very responsive!
