I like having wood boxes rather than particleboard/pressed board material that once wet, is ruined. Good soft-close drawers. Excellent corner cabinets with accessible turning shelves to find things in the back. One snafu: We had a choice of delivery or pick up from the New Hampshire warehouse and decided to pick them up. There was miscommunication at the end about credit for pick up vs. delivery, which took a bit too long to resolve. It was resolved, and the rest of the process was perfect. If we need cabinetry again, I would buy from Universal. Less

Worked with joe on a kitchen design. This was a DIY project. Cabinets were delivered and guys put some in garage and some in kitchen like I asked. Joe was great to work with, and since this was a DIY he answered my questions quickly. We use again and recommend to their friend

Customer service was also very good in that we had a trim piece with a minor coating issue which Jenny quickly addressed and had a replacement trim in our hands within a couple of days. The cabinets are very solid--no deformation when hanging or moving around. The slides, hinges, and drawers all work very well. We've had them for several months now and we are still very happy with them. Very good quality at a very reasonable price. I will definitely work with UFD again if I decide to do another reno. Less

Ryan helped me pick out the cabinets for my small basement bar and referred me to a great countertop supplier. They give you a quick 3D rendering; so, you have a good idea of what you’re getting. One of the cabinets arrived damaged, and they were quick to send a replacement. Overall I had a great experience with them! Totally recommend.

Boy was I wrong. THEY ARE FOR REAL. I got the nicest cabinets and got them for so much less than the big box store wanted to charge me for crappy cabinets. They came in all assembled and they told me it could be up to 3 weeks for delivery because it was during the pandemic but it only took 10 days and I had them all made to my specks. I got the color I wanted and the style I wanted for so much less than any of the places I got quotes from. Now it's 2 years later and I can say they are holding up really well and they still look great. I tell all my friends and now I am telling Google THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! EASY TO DEAL WITH, HELPFUL AF AND THE PRICE WAS UNBEATABLE. Every contractor, plumber or electrician that has been in my kitchen since has asked about them and said how nice they are without me even asking for their opinion. Yes, they are that good!!!
