Update: I changed the name of the nurse helping me, I got it wrong. My forgetful reputation lives on. She's like a pro now btw(I'm awful with names so forgive me) I came here for tattoo removal and ever since the consultation I've been treated with respect from the Bowerman's. I had my first actual appointment yesterday and it went well. (I already see progress) Everyone was really nice and helpful, I couldn't have asked for better people to be here really. First time seeing Mr bowerman but I had spoken to him through text before and he was pleasant, as usual. Lindsay was great, as usual, happy helpful and very understanding. Amanda, the nurse training with the lasers, was very friendly, eager, inquisitive and was exactly what I'd expect from someone doing this, not to mention she did a great job. The trainer (can't remember the name, lots to process for the first time) was excellent, very informative, knowledgeable and, like the others, very friendly.I mean this in the best way possible, I was quite astonished by the level of professionalism and hospitality.The only actual problem I've experienced was with emails. The emails for whatever reason we're not getting to me. If you feel messages aren't going through to your email just let them know and they'll send a link through text. I missed the part where I needed to have a full stomach and I think it led to some issues 😅 but that's my fault or the emails fault or a combination.Either way I'm happy and if you're second guessing coming here, stop it. It's worth a try.

I’ve been going back and forth on getting permanent eyebrows for a few years and I finally took the leap. I should have done this a long time ago! Lindsay was very kind to answer all of my questions in the beginning stages and she took a lot of time during my consultation beforehand, too. I’m glad I went with the nano brows because it looks so much like actual hair! It is very realistic-looking, especially since I have super light natural hair to begin with and I over plucked for many years leaving me with not a lot to work with. I can’t wait until my brows fully heal because they’re already looking great. Thank you, Lindsay, for doing such a wonderful job! If you’re wondering where to go for PMU around the Michiana area, don’t go anywhere else!! I am so ready to not have to fill in my brows anymore and to look put together as soon as I wake up!!! :) PS- it doesn’t hurt at all.

I had been thinking about tattoo removal for awhile, so when I saw Bowerman Artistry on Instagram I reached out for a consultation. Lindsey was so nice and took time to explain everything. I felt so comfortable and confident that I decided to start my tattoo removal journey. When I was at my appointment I saw they also do permanent makeup. I went back to get permanent eyeliner.
