Jaq and Mike at Buyers Boutique were fantastic. Despite living in a different state to them, and my partner and I travelling overseas throughout the process, they kept us completely in the loop with clear, transparent communication every step of the way.Their market knowledge, optimism, and attention to detail gave us real confidence. They were always approachable, professional, and quick to answer questions. Genuinely lovely people. Highly recommend, wherever you're based!

I highly recommend Jaq from Buyers Boutique. She went above and beyond to help me find a property that specifically suited my goal of building a granny flat. As a FIFO worker, I couldn’t always be available in person, so having someone I could have 100% in trust to handle inspections, research, and negotiations was incredibly valuable.Jaq took so much care throughout the entire process, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping me find the right property were outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Jac from Buyer’s Boutique went above and beyond helping my client secure his first home. My client is a FIFO worker and had very limited time to search for a property himself. He also has very specific requirements, including finding a property on over 600sqm with future granny flat potential, all within a tight budget and making sure we could take advantage of the government concessions on offer.Jac stayed committed throughout the process and was able to secure an excellent outcome. Her communication, persistence, and genuine care for the client were outstanding. My client is absolutely over the moon with the result.I would highly recommend Jac and Buyer’s Boutique to anyone looking for a buyer’s agent who truly works hard for their clients.Steve Jarvis - Jarvis Lending Pty Ltd

I cannot recommend Jaq and Buyers Boutique enough! We had such an incredible, stress-free and seamless experience purchasing our first investment property with Jaq.We had been wanting to purchase a property for ages, but were overwhelmed by the different markets across Australia and frankly, we had never felt like we could really trust other buyers agents we spoke to.That was not the case at all with Jaq! I immediately felt like I was in such safe hands. She has an incredible attention to detail and really took the time to listen to our requirements and meet us where we were at, walking through different options and reports on the potential areas. She made sure that we felt informed enough and were fully confident in our decision. She also connected us with an entire network – a solicitor, building and pest inspectors, property manager (and met up with them on our behalf whenever required). We had some delays with settlement and Jaq facilitated the entire thing, checking in constantly with the real estate agent and our solicitors and keeping us updated. We were in the know about everything, without having to stress about the detail or organising anything ourselves.I would use Buyer’s Boutique again in a heartbeat and have been recommending Jaq to all of my friends and family ever since!

Sometimes 5 stars just doesn’t seem enough .She was always available , very thorough, great attention to detail and when we experienced a rather large problem on settlement day with a removalist ….. she was straight into action and helped find a solution so that the transaction happened that day.Great agent !Great Human!Knows her stuff! The questions is …. Why wouldn’t you want to work with her .Highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience working with Jaq while purchasing my first investment property. From start to finish, she guided me through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.As a first-time investor, I had a lot of questions, and Jaq was always so understanding and supportive. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel confident in my decisions, and went above and beyond to ensure the entire experience was smooth and stress-free.I truly couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend Jaq to anyone looking to purchase a property. I’ll definitely be working with her again for future investments, she is absolutely amazing at what she does.

100/10 recommend Jaq! I honestly thought she would just source a property for us but her service includes absolutely everything you can think of. She not only found us a property and provided her due diligence on the area, she obtained quotes for various works that needed to be done, she connected us with a solicitor and real estate agent and more. She kept us up to date at every step of the way, was available for questions and explained everything. On top of that she is also such a lovely person. Jaq will go above and beyond for your property purchase!!!

We've had an incredible experience with Jaq! She was engaged from the very first conversation we had with her all the way through to assisting us after our first investment rental to get it ready for tenants. My wife and I could not recommend her enough and will 100% be using her on the next one! Her level of service is second to none and also very pleasant to deal with!

Jaq has helped me purchase two investments over the past 12 months across Australia and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She goes above and beyond in finding me the right fit and always provides sound advice and guidance in my property journey. I look forward to working with Jaq over the next few years to build out my portfolio. Thanks Jaq!

Jaq provided us with the most AMAZING experience possible. We came to her and Buyers Boutique with a loose budget, no idea where to buy & limited knowledge on how to buy. She provided us with strategic clarity on how to execute on our investment goals through a few options with detailed justifications. We ended up from first request to settle in around 3 months (including Xmas period). Thanks so much Jaq and team for all the support, guidance and empathy along the way!Lynne & Alex
