Excellent service! Horizon was recommended to us by an Eldercare Specialist, and they exceeded our expectations. Their caregivers were so kind and caring to our mother while on hospice service and also to us. I'm an RN and could see the quality of care they provided. Becky was a consummate professional and Ebencia, one of their caregivers became like family. Beyond grateful that they were here in our time of need. Highly recommend!

My sister and I were very unhappy with the care our Mother was receiving at the assisted living, nor did we feel that we were being taken seriously and we were completely unsure of how to handle the situation delicately since my Mother had to live there. My sister suggested we reach out to Horizon Care and see if they would be able to assist us. From the moment we met Rebecca and explained what transpired at the assisted living she was all in with us. I finally felt like we had an advocate to help us navigate the craziness. We hired Horizons concierge doctor, Rebecca was the Nurse Case Manager and we began the process of attempting to figure out what exactly my Mother needed. The assisted living immediately pushed back and we needed to hire a CNA yesterday I worked with Rebecca to find the right fit for my Mother. I interviewed 4 different people, all of whom were qualified but not a fit until I got to number 4. She was amazing and perfect for Mom. Unfortunately, Mom passed very unexpectedly, and she was with us for only a few months but I do not know what we have done without her and the whole team at Horizon in those final weeks. I know my sister and I are forever grateful and I highly recommend the services of this company.

My mom has had 24 hour care provided by Horizon caregivers Elizabeth Campbell, Johanne Noel and Schella Delva for almost 4 years now. We can’t say enough good things about all of them. I know my mom would not be alive now without them. They get her to eat when others can’t, they make her laugh and help keep her spirits up.

I am so pleased with Horizon Care Services. We needed help with my dad 12 hours a day/7 days a week and they quickly had two different aides ready to help. Lamoy is one of the aides who is absolutely amazing. She is very proactive and has done everything I wanted done with my dad without me even asking. This is her passion and you can tell. So far I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend.

Our Caregiver ‘Mr. Olu’ was a Godsend for my first day home from hospital. He was Kind, Attentive, Professional yet Friendly. He didn’t leave my side during the 6 hours he was here. He taught us new ways to use walker and how to generally get around better. Along with exercising me He also gave me a wonderful shower which made me feel like a new person. Mr. ‘Olu’ deserves 10 Stars in our book. In addition ‘Ms. Paumi’ from the agency was very patient and helpful getting this all set up for us.
