I’ve been coming here for over 6 months due to automotive injury.The recovery has been a slow process but the care I’ve received here has made the pain a lot more manageable.Dr. Williams, and staff are extremely friendly. One fun fact is they have memorized all of their patients names. Maybe a silly detail but I find this extremely telling on the pride and care they have.

I had an important trip coming up in just five days, and my back pain was so intense that I could barely walk on my own or even turn over in bed without excruciating pain. I can’t thank Dr. Adler enough. I went in on a Friday barely able to walk upright because of my back. He took the time to listen, explained everything, and got me feeling so much better. Thanks to his care, I was able to enjoy my company boat cruise the very next day, walk around Pier 39 without any major issues, and even make it back to work on Monday.Dr. Adler is not only an excellent chiropractor but also a genuinely kind and caring person. I went in to see Dr. Rena to help with my hip pain. The adjustments to my spine that Dr. Rena did seem to have helped manage the nighly pain I was having in my hips. The pain is not completely gone, but it is a lot less intense than it has been these past few weeks. I've been getting better sleep than I used to, which is great. I'm hopeful that future treatments will continue making it better.

I’m currently 6 months postpartum but I’ve been dealing with neck pain, back pain and daily headaches/migraines even before that. For majority of my adult life thus far. I decided to try chiropractic therapy after massages, stretching and endless complaining didn’t prove to help. I was initially afraid because I’ve heard some horror stories about adjustments gone wrong. But truthfully it felt great! It felt like when you pop your knuckles and get that sense of oxygen going between your joints and feels relieved. The ladies at the front desk are so nice, the office itself is clean and very professional looking! Dr. Adler was the provider I’ve been seeing. He is very personable and explains what he sees in the x rays as well as what he is going to do when adjusting. He got x-rays to see if and where there is any degenerative damage or curvature. It was cool to see and put the importance of going for adjustments into perspective. Since starting adjustments (it’s been 2 weeks) I haven’t had ONE headache or migraine! And I feel I am more aware of my body and its alignment. I’m trying to correct my slouching more too. I’m definitely going to continue going because I can feel the difference.

We love Dr. Williams at Alexander Chiropractic. I started seeing him when I was pregnant in 2019. He helped relieve the pain from pregnancy. I also came back again recently because I pinched a nerve in my neck. I was able to comfortably move it again after the first adjustment!! Gale and Ashley at the front are always cheerful and helpful with any questions I have as well. I rave about this office to anyone that will listen. If you're looking for a great customer service experience and even better doctors, this is the best place to be. 10/10 recommend

Dr. Saincome is amazing and very knowledgeable. He treats every patient with respect and creates a friendly environment that makes him feel like a friend. He knows what he’s doing and they have so many other tools than just traditional adjustments to help relieve pain. I have done shockwave therapy and used their decompression table, and they both have resulted in amazing relief to my symptoms. I can’t express how great this office is. My wife even switched over from her other chiropractor and I constantly see people I know from the Livermore community coming into this location. Their massage therapist Andrea is also one of a kind. I have tried multiple massage locations in the area, and there’s noting like what Andrea does. It is not a rub down massage, she does her massage with a purpose and direction and can always feel the areas I’m tight or having pain without me saying anything. The combination of Dr. Saincome and Andrea have changed my lower back and wrist problems significantly. I 100% recommend this practice.

My father and I had a wonderful experience. Doctor Alexander and his crew were amazing and super friendly. I been to other chiropractors but nothing like Doctor Alexander with his incredible machines that reduce my fathers knee pain in just his first visit. My father and I will continue to pay Doctor Alexander and his crew a visit for more amazing adjustments from his high tech machines.
