If you've found yourself saying "I should probably go to the chiropractor" then you absolutely need to go to the chiropractor. Trust me - we're all messing our necks up unfortunately. Like most folks, I am still weary about going to the chiropractor so I do some major due diligence and find the providers with a history of consistent 5-star ratings which brought me here! Dr. Rena Adhut is an excellent provider! I'll be headed back for my third visit today, but that first visit brought such relief. Just the spine stretchy thing and the slight manipulations were heaven. I experienced the expected soarness, but slept significantly better that evening. I've already referred this provider to a few work colleagues already too because they too could use some relief from the neck and shoulder tightness, headaches, and back pain/stiffness. I kidd you not, this was long over due and I was legit shrinking bc of my spine, so now I'm back to my full height haha! and even my sunken clavicle is almost back in it's correct place. Have to quickly shot out the front desk staff here as well just as I did for the Pleasanton location.

Dr. Westover and the kinesiology specialist Taylor at the Alexander Chiropractics are essential for my ability to stay active regardless of the injuries, arthritis and unavoidable aging.
