I’m currently 6 months postpartum but I’ve been dealing with neck pain, back pain and daily headaches/migraines even before that. For majority of my adult life thus far. I decided to try chiropractic therapy after massages, stretching and endless complaining didn’t prove to help. I was initially afraid because I’ve heard some horror stories about adjustments gone wrong. But truthfully it felt great! It felt like when you pop your knuckles and get that sense of oxygen going between your joints and feels relieved. The ladies at the front desk are so nice, the office itself is clean and very professional looking! Dr. Adler was the provider I’ve been seeing. He is very personable and explains what he sees in the x rays as well as what he is going to do when adjusting. He got x-rays to see if and where there is any degenerative damage or curvature. It was cool to see and put the importance of going for adjustments into perspective. Since starting adjustments (it’s been 2 weeks) I haven’t had ONE headache or migraine! And I feel I am more aware of my body and its alignment. I’m trying to correct my slouching more too. I’m definitely going to continue going because I can feel the difference.

Dr. Alexander very warmth and welcoming, he and I connected right away, and what I can tell he is passionate and sympathize of what the problem was and what is needed to be done. Do you know how every so often you meet someone and feel comfortable with them almost immediately? This is exactly what happened when I first walked into Dr Adler’s office for my initial appointment. Dr Adler started off by asking me about my concerns, then he assessed my posture, and finally asked me to stand in front of a mirror so that he could explain where I needed correction. I saw my 76-year-old physical self clearly for the first time! The time Dr Adler devoted to this part of my session was really valuable, and I feel like this work is a team effort.The office itself is bright, open and contains what seems to me to be up-to-date equipment. I leave my appointments feeling well-cared for: energized and optimistic.Dr Adler is obviously a well-trained and highly experienced professional who also manages to be a wonderful listener and a thoughtful teacher. He’s also got a fun sense of humor!I want to give a shout out to the ladies out front, too. Remi and Corinna carefully, efficiently and cheerfully handle all the logistics so that things run smoothly. I didn't want just any chiropractor but one that had expertise in care during pregnancy.The office staff was extremely helpful and prompt in replying to my new appointment request I submitted online . Everything was very organized and easy.My appt. With Dr. Arnott was awesome. It was amazing to be able to lay face down using a specialized table with space for my stomach. He was extremely mindful and explained to me what he was going to do before he did it.I left feeling so relaxed and light! just moved to the area a little over a month ago.I had been in a regular routine of maintenance because I am in my late 50's and very active. I was looking for a chiropractor who was similar to my current chiro back home. I am very skeptical when it comes to chiropractors. I was looking for someone who could be educational as well as helping me get back to full capacity. and strength. I read the reviews to Dr Adler's office and was pleasantly grateful. He was patient, thorough, comfortable. left me feeling lighter. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming. The office is clean and inviting. There is plenty of parking also. Although I miss my old chiropractor, I know I am in great hands with Dr.Adler.
