I had gone to several bridal stores throughout salt lake and Utah county, with each shop I felt defeated, uncomfortable and embarrassed, I was losing hope of finding the dress of my dreams. Very few shops carried my size within my budget so my options felt extremely limited. My friend found the Bridal Closet online and suggested we try looking there. When we got there for my appointment, my stylist Ily was absolutely phenomenal! She spent several minutes getting to know me, my style, sizing, and budget. She then went back to find some options for me. When I went back to my dressing room, she had picked out several dresses that fit my style, my size and budget. With each dress I tried on, I told Ily what I liked vs didn’t. She then found several additional dresses that did or didn’t include what I had said. I think I tried on 13 dresses and she still had a ton of additional options for me to try! Each dress she picked out was better than the last and felt closer and closer to what I was looking for. They were all amazing. When we found my ‘almost’ dress, I loved it, but there were a few details that weren’t quite what I was hoping for. She found the same dress in a different color and larger size to compare and it was everything I had ever dreamed of! She checked their online inventory and found my size, in that color, that had the modifications I wanted, AND the shipping timeframe worked perfectly so it could arrive in time for me to get it hemmed. It truly felt like it was meant to be. I am unbelievably grateful for the experience I had with Ily at the Bridal Closet. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident, she listened intently, found me so amazing options, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find the dress of my dreams. The other stylists were very sweet, they ooh’d and ahh’d and complimented me when I walked out of the dressing room while their customers were changing. The shop itself had a great vibe, it wasn’t busy, very clean, had mirrors in the natural light and have such a huge collection. When I look at my wedding photos, I will always remember how much time and care they put in to make my wedding dress dreams come true. I will absolutely be recommending this bridal shop and Ily ❤️

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH ILY!I had a dress mishap with a different bridal shop and I ended up needing to get a whole new dress 7 WEEKS AWAY FROM MY WEDDING! I was feeling so stressed and discouraged, but the bridal closet was able to get me in that same day for an appointment. Ily was my stylist and she was the most perfect person to help me through this stressful situation! She pulled dresses that looked similar to my old one, and dresses that she thought I would like based on my explanations and we ended up finding the PERFECT one. Ily stood with my mom and I while we cried and was so understanding and empathetic! I couldn’t be more grateful to have a good second dress shopping experience! Don’t do what I did, COME HERE FIRST AND GET YOUR DRESS!

I had such a great experience at Bridal Closet. Everyone was super patient and really easy to talk to. Claire asked me for some inspiration pictures, she also asked me a few simple questions about myself, and it honestly helped them figure out what would look good on me better than I could. I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but Claire showed me a few styles I never would’ve picked on my own and still made me feel totally comfortable trying them. Funny enough, I ended up choosing one of her suggestions, and it turned out to be the perfect dress. I’m really grateful for how helpful and knowledgeable she was the whole time.
