All appointments were kept on time. We had the rear 1/4th of our home cleaned, including the 17 year old aluminum pergola. It has not looked this good in 16 years.PureView power washed our driveway and sidewalk also and they look great. The power scrub attachment did a much better job than any jet power wash could ever do.

Update: I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars because of Harold. After several frustrating days of trying to get a response regarding loose shingles left in our yard, Harold called me back and came out to the house. He thoroughly checked the area, took pictures, and even showed me a video to clearly explain what happened. His communication completely relieved my panic and gave us the answers we needed.​While the initial customer service experience was very difficult and communication with the main office was highly frustrating, Harold’s professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue made a huge difference.

A friend had used TruShine so I decided to give them a try. I have traditionally cleaned my own windows. The actual cleaning service was great and efficient and the person who did the work was very friendly. I will use them again.I have two criticisms. First their automated (and AI-based it seems) communications were annoying and out of sync. For example, long after I had booked a service call, I got a cold-call text message saying something "while we are in your area, can we book you an appointment". Secondly, I told the person that came to do the estimate that (a) I didn't want my screens removed (they can slide up) and (b) the windows inside my screened-in porch could be skipped. None of this was conveyed to the person who came to do the work. When he arrived and got started, he immediately proceeded to take off the screens and later came to ask if I would unlock the door the porch so he could clean the windows there.
