A friend had used TruShine so I decided to give them a try. I have traditionally cleaned my own windows. The actual cleaning service was great and efficient and the person who did the work was very friendly. I will use them again.I have two criticisms. First their automated (and AI-based it seems) communications were annoying and out of sync. For example, long after I had booked a service call, I got a cold-call text message saying something "while we are in your area, can we book you an appointment". Secondly, I told the person that came to do the estimate that (a) I didn't want my screens removed (they can slide up) and (b) the windows inside my screened-in porch could be skipped. None of this was conveyed to the person who came to do the work. When he arrived and got started, he immediately proceeded to take off the screens and later came to ask if I would unlock the door the porch so he could clean the windows there.

My windows are sparkling! Very professional company, arrived on time, technicians were and polite and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend this company as this is the second time I have used them and plan on continuing to.
