I didn't end up using them because I needed work done on a quicker timeline, but Mark was extremely communicative and honest with me about the nuances of my waterline project. The city told me I had to have my lateral sewer line repaired.Cichy’s came out within the hour and did a video inspection of our line and found no problems. They could’ve made a lot of money by saying the city was correct. I appreciate their honesty.
