It’s a welcome weekly break. I stretch my sore muscles, listen to music, and breathe. And if I feel like Netflix and chill’n, I do. It’s such a relief to have a medication that actually helps my depression and anxiety after years with antidepressants failing to bring me any peace. I’m grateful to actually feel satisfied and happy in my own skin, in my own life.
