I bought my home in 1989 and old natural gas furnace had Robbens and Sons label on it. They maintained the old one and when time for a new one they installed that natural gas furnace and have been maintaining it too. Recently had an issue with the new one and repair was timely, efficient, and very reasonable. They are wonderful folks to deal with and all the ones I have met have been friendly, respectful, on time and highly competent!1/27/2026 Had a minor issue with the control panel for my furnace. We’ve had very good overall experiences with the installation and maintenance work Robben & Sons has provided us over the years. They seem to maintain a good staff over the years. It’s hard to maintain good people so clearly that’s something they do well too.

We had used Robben and Sons many years ago when we had them install a tankless water heater in a previous home. They did an excellent job then. So when our Bryant mini split heating and cooling units needed repair and maintenance work, we felt quite comfortable calling on Robben and Sons to do the work. Without question, they are continuing to do excellent work. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and they work very expeditiously. We are more than happy with their work.

Our furnace was not starting and reporting an error code.We call Robben & Sons that installed the furnace.They had a technician come out early the next day and discovered a blockage in the exhaust PVC.Since they installed the unit they were able to give me a quote for the work that same day.Due to the holiday the work was scheduled and completed on Friday.We are pleased with promptness and quality of the service.We recommend this group for furnace work.
