We worked with Sebastian and Dennis on a condo remodel and could NOT be happier with the results. If I could give them more stars I would! My before (first two) and after (last 3) pictures aren't the best but I assure you, the work is beautiful and our tenant is SO happy with the results. Cameron at Design Pro is the only contractor you need to call. He's my go-to guy for everything. I bought a house a few years ago that needed a full gut and remodel, and Cam took care of it. The finish is exactly what I wanted. He knows a ton about house conditions and design, so he gives honest recommendations instead of just telling you what you want to hear.The best thing about working with Cam is that he actually communicates. He replies fast so you never have to chase him down to figure out where your project stands. If a problem pops up, he's on it right away and fixes it fast.That big remodel was years ago, but I still hire him for small jobs and the service is just as good as day one. He even takes time to talk through my random project ideas when I'm on the fence. My aunt and uncle saw my house and hired him for a big kitchen makeover, and they still brag about his work. I'm actually about to start another addition on my house with him. Finding a good contractor is a nightmare, so do yourself a favor and just hire Cam.

Like $750 dollars I didn’t need to spend. Lowes is to fault!Sorry this review was for a different contractor doing work in my house. They also have ’Pro’ in their name.

Our Arlington house was built in 1942. One addition in the 60's. Design Pro remodeled our main floor, full bath beautifully. They addressed some plumbing and infrastructure issues that had been hidden behind the plaster walls or introduced by handymen over the last 80 years! DP worked with us to make the final design and then smoothly pivoted as we needed a design change or discovered one of the pesky issues. They have a solid network of partners who provide tile, hardware, vanity tops, and other services as needed. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were very careful with our furniture, floors, and other parts of the house and yard.

After 36 years in the same house, my wife and I decided it was time to move. Before putting our home on the market in September 2026, however, we knew the primary bathroom and hallway half bath needed to be refreshed. Our realtor recommended Design Pro, noting not only the quality of their work but also their experience renovating homes for sale. Their ability to deliver high-quality work at a competitive price was particularly appealing because we wanted to maximize our return on investment.The estimating process was quick and easy. After uploading a description of the scope of work and a few pictures to their website, we received a call the following day from MD Nobaknt, the project estimator. We briefly discussed the project and our goal of completing the work before Labor Day, when we planned to put the house on the market.The renovation did not significantly change the footprint of either bathroom. In the primary bath, the existing whirlpool tub, toilet, double vanity, and shower and floor tile were removed. The renovation included new shower and floor tile, a new double vanity and fixtures, a freestanding tub and tub filler, a new ceiling fixture, and painting of the walls and ceiling. The half bath involved removing and replacing the existing single-sink vanity, reconnecting the existing plumbing, and completing minor painting. We purchased and supplied all finish materials.MD provided a well-written contract that clearly outlined the terms and conditions and accurately summarized the scope of work. His price was slightly lower than the other bids we received. After accepting the contract and providing the deposit, MD and his project coordinator met with us at the house to walk through the project and confirm the scope of work.The entire renovation was completed in just one week. Byron, the project lead, was a versatile and highly competent craftsman. During demolition and removal, he took great care to avoid collateral damage. His skills extended across multiple trades, including tile installation, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, and painting. He and his crew frequently worked 10-hour-plus days to keep the project on schedule. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the work areas and left the site free of debris.The finished product was beautiful. Everyone who saw the renovated bathrooms was impressed by the quality of the workmanship and finishes. Most people could hardly believe the entire renovation had been completed in just one week.The day before we put the house on the market, we discovered a small leak in the half bath. MD immediately sent Byron out to address the problem. Design Pro provides a one-year workmanship guarantee and, based on our experience, appears to stand firmly behind its work.Our house was on the market for less than a week before going under contract. I had the privilege of working with Design Pro to renovate the first floor of my home, including a complete kitchen remodel and converting an existing closet into a powder room. My wife and I hired DesignPro to finish our basement, and they did a fantastic job. Our project was managed by Taquan and Jose, and eventually Juan- and they were all professional, hardworking, and courteous. Their communication was excellent, and we could tell they really cared about doing the job well.Taquan was prompt and responsive. Jose went above and beyond to be helpful and move the project forward. And, Juan was very courteous and consistent.Each member contributed creative ideas that improved on our initial vision. Between the tile installers, the master electrician, the carpet installers, the HVAC specialists, and the plumbing staff- every component of their chain was excellent. They also brought in a group I think was named Lopez Glass, and they did an absolutely incredible job installing the shower glass.During the project, my wife and I had our newborn son- and the team was very considerate to let us know when they would be loud (jackhammering, etc.) so we could plan around it.DesignPro is an excellent company, and I would 100% use them again in the future- and recommend them to anyone else looking to have work done.

During the spring cleanup we noticed some pretty significant dry rot on our two back doors. We reached out to Eric Colton at Design Pro since he had done such a phenomenal job renovating our bathroom the previous year. Even though this was a small job compared to what he typically does, Eric spent a significant amount of time pricing out various options, working through several potential solutions, and ultimately offering the same level of customization and attention to detail that we had experienced the previous summer (even though the previous project was significantly larger). We ultimately decided to replace one door and repair the other.Once the project started, Eric was in constant contact with us and diligently inspected all of the work his crews did. We have continued to have find the Design Pro team unrivalled in both diligence and integrity. Eric’s team that replaced the first door went above and beyond by replacing some studs that had been exposed to moisture for no additional charge; additionally, Eric credited us a portion of the deposit back when the door repair ended up being easier than he had initially planned for.Based on multiple experiences, Eric Coltan and the Design Pro team will remain our first call for all of our home improvement projects.

EJ listened to my ideas and concerns and gave me constructive feedback about how to proceed.The on-site contractor was Ronny. Either Ronny or EJ came by to check on progress and Ronny actually worked on some of the construction. They even created a text group between the three of us to help with communication!Throughout it all, demolition, tiling, etc. there was always someone for me to speak to if I had a question.
