We had our initial appointment with Azem and he has just amazing. He was very knowledgeable and I can say he definitely knows his stuff. My wife and I threw a few curly questions at him and he answered them with ease and confidence. We are first home buyers and Azem provided very good advice to suit our current circumstances. My wife was in the process of using another broker however after speaking with Azem, we have decided we will be in better hands if we work with Azem. Azem was very well aware of all the current govt grants and funding options that we would be eligible for and this is impressive considering we are permanent residents. I would also like to add that all other brokers we have spoken to were not aware. Our meeting was action focused and after the meeting, we know exactly what we need to do.
