The information she provided gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Their pricing was identical, but the quality of the materials Carolina Closets Plus uses is far superior. We are OBSESSED with our closet! Our original consultation was with Sarah ~ early December. Sarah was a pleasure and loved her energy during our first interaction. She did the measurements and detailed all our accommodations. Our start was scheduled within 30 days from the consultation. Carlinton reached out that morning with an ETA and arrived ready to work. I recently had the pleasure of having my boring builder grade walk in closet updated by Carolina Closets Plus. The process was quick, easy and more affordable than I had originally anticipated. After they came to take measurements, I was able to see life like images of what my new closet design could look like with their really easy to use technology. I was able to see a few different options of shelving designs which made the design process fun to pick the layout that would suit my needs the best. On the day of installation, the installer arrived on time and completed my closet ahead of schedule leaving my bathroom and his workspace perfectly clean. The materials they used are top quality which is good because, I’m a fashionista and I want my shoes, handbags and fashion to not be hanging on anything flimsy! I’m so happy with my new closet! Currently I live in an adorable 900+ square foot cottage next door to my daughter. I contacted Carolina Closets to help me make a more efficient use of the small office. Now retired, I wanted the small space to have more flexibility. Whether I have friends visiting and use it as a guest room (it has a small full bath) or down the road should I need space for a caregiver, it’s now a more usable space and is open and light when the Murphy bed is not in use. Complete Transformation. I have a good size laundry room with not much usable space. I had been trying for years to organize and make it more usable. There were several obstacles that had to be dealt with, a big air handler, ugly wire shelves that were mostly, out of my reach. It became cluttered with little carts, using my washer and dryer as shelves. Then, one day I had enough of it. I called Carolina Closets. They were quick to respond and sent Simone out to deal with me and my laundry room. Simone is absolutely a miracle worker. She could see what I needed and her designer brain did the rest. OMG She measured everything 3 or 4 times, adhered, to my must haves and can't haves, I can't thank her enough. I wish I had done this years ago, but then I would not have had Simone. They had an opening before my scheduled installation date and Chris came to install. He was just as nice as Simone , he did the whole job solo. He cleaned up everything. This transformation also makes my home more attractive to buyers in case I ever decide to sell. I urge you to give them a call and see what they can do. They will work within your budget. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend! From design to install the process was absolutely perfect. Ann was my designer and she is amazing! She didn’t miss one detail. She is patient, kind and just an all around lovely person. Chris was our installer and he is equally talented and wonderful to work with. He did a beautiful job. The price was fair and the quality is top of the line. We have had custom closets done in the past by other companies. Carolina Closets Plus is, by far, the best of the best!
