Best Gym in Keller !Sam & Jessica are both authentic, intentional & walk in integrity. I enjoy my conversations with Jessica when we get the chance & very much appreciate how Sam is a stern teacher but welcoming and makes the kids feel comfortable.My 15 year old son has been going for two years and he is thriving. Sam is his coach and my son loves it. He gets excited when talking about what he learned in class and what was something he needs to work on. I put my son in here for community, discipline, self control and boys/ men need these types of outlets.Highly suggest this in general and if you have children who are out of control, behavioral issues, not disciplined there are statistics that putting your boys ( children) in BJJ helps their retention rate go up by 40%!!! Teaching them how to honor, respect and have self control. Invest into your children.

I've been training at Alliance Jiu Jitsu Keller with two of my sons for almost a year now, and I still look forward to every single class. As a purple belt, I can honestly say this gym has made a huge difference in my game.Professor Sam Snow is an incredible instructor. He breaks techniques down so clearly, shares tons of knowledge, and you can tell he genuinely cares about every student's progress. He really puts his heart into the academy.Professor Marco has been awesome to train with too. He's super technical, always positive, and the kind of guy who makes every roll both fun and challenging.The vibe at the gym is fantastic. It feels like an extended family, the classes are tough but welcoming, and the facility stays clean and well-run.If you're looking for a solid BJJ gym in the Keller area, this is the one. This is absolutely the best gym in DFW for both kids and adults.The atmosphere here is incredible, something Sam Snow has clearly built with intention, and his black belt coaches, including Professor Marco and the rest of the team, carry that culture forward every day. I've been a part of a ton of marital arts gyms and the team and atmosphere at Alliance Jiu Jitsu Keller is top notch. My 9-year old boy says the kids jiu jitsu classes are his favorite part of every week, the coaches are so patient and engaging. The level of talent the coaches bring is almost as impressive as how welcome they make you feel. I absolutely love Alliance Jiu Jitsu Keller, Coach Sam Snow and the team of professors he has assembled. My son and I started Jiu Jitsu back in March here and have become obsessed.There is a family atmosphere at the gym, everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. My 4 year old son and I have never done any martial arts or wrestling before and we’re very apprehensive to start… but everything we’ve hoped to obtain by doing Jiu Jitsu has been coming true. We are more athletic, confident, feel capable to defend ourselves, and we’ve found a great community to grow with.

I’ve attended open mats here and Coach Sam’s seminars, both were awesome experiences. I truly learn so much and feel comfortable even when training with the students here.
