I recently had the pleasure of working with this fantastic roofing company, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I believe I was their first customer here in Florida. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Joe Tamburino, who sold us the deal, was nothing short of amazing. His attention to detail and follow-through were impeccable. He ensured every step of the process went smoothly, and his knowledge was invaluable. The crew was outstanding—extremely professional, punctual, and thorough. They completed the job on time and left the site spotless, which was a huge plus. It’s rare to find a company that values both high-quality work and great customer service, but these guys nailed it.If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, look no further. This team goes above and beyond! Joe even handled my HOA like a pro and if you know how hard an HOA can be to work with you know this was an invaluable asset alone. As a side note: I needed to leave for Japan shortly after the job was completed and was locked out of my insurance company’s web site (for being out of country). Joe took the time to get everything right with them, finish everything that needed to be finished, and put me at ease for the cherry on top of this amazing experience. The insurance company emailed me everything needed rather than be locked into their standard operating procedure of internet access. Background: I had originally called Joe out to check a leak I was experiencing in my sunroom addition. He asked to inspect the rest of the roof when he was up there and I said yes. Good thing. He came down and said I had serious storm damage and suspected my insurance company would agree. (FYI a neighbor had their roof replaced due to a localized weather event but I never thought to have mine inspected). My first thought when he came down and said I needed a new roof was - “ya sure.” Well, he was convinced I should get my insurance company to come out and take a look and convinced me to make the call. An hour after my insurance inspector arrived a week later and inspected I too was certain I had storm damage. Short story even shorter - the insurance paid for the new roof as Joe predicted. There was no hard sale, just a matter of fact professional opinion from I guy I felt I could trust. My gut was spot on.Short story of the job: The tiles and dumpster arrived on Wednesday (exactly on time and as expected). The crew arrived early Thursday morning (actually a little earlier than expected). The crew chief spent 30 minutes giving a brief to his ten person crew. It was a well oiled machine that jumped to work. By 11:30 the entire roof was removed. Water damaged boards were replaced, photos taken, city inspection approved, and by nightfall what job was 90% complete. The next day a three man crew arrived to touch up, clean up, and return my yard to exactly as it had been when they arrived. The dumpster was gone by 3 PM of day two. It could not have been better. FYI: I found one nail after the job was complete and I believe it may have fallen off the dumpster as the pulled out of the drive. WOW.
