Recently built a house in New Bern, NC, my contractor used a local company to complete the termite treatment. At Emerald Isle, NC, for 10 years I had been with Modern Exterminator. Their policy insurance offers twice the coverage and their renewal fee is 2/3rds the cost of the other company. The Modern Exterminator staff are super responsive and helpful. Their technicians are highly thorough, knowledgeable and experienced! Overall, my past experiences and now recent service with Modern Exterminator was a ten out of ten. It was awesome that Modern Exterminator serves the New Bern area! It’s a family operated company that makes you feel like part of their family, not just another number.
