My daugther moved to NC and her husband was deployed. From PA I was able to contact Modern and was assigned Curtis. I never looked back. Now we live here as well and he services my home in Stella. Called the front office two weeks ago and the lady seemed to not care AT ALL that my services have not been taken care of and the guy still has not contacted me. My husband and I have been using Modern Exterminating for 2 years now. James has been very quick and thorough in response to any pest control issues that arise. Of course, since we started regular preventative treatment, both indoors and outdoors, we have experienced a tremendous decrease in our observance of “pests”, particularly water bugs and spiders. We also appreciate James’ diligence in treating our yard every month for these terrible island rats. We haven’t seen any rats in our yard for months now….. fingers crossed!

We had problem with big black Army Ants ,they are gone. Unlike other company's they would come back a week after other companies sprayed. I find if you take care of the outside it takes better care of the inside too. I am very pleased with thier service.

We had a house guest for a few months, not saying he was not a bad person but after he I had the unpleasant experience of cleaning up the bedroom and found a mess. And found a few roaches . Cleaned up the bugs and didn’t Think about it until we were out of the house on a long vacation out of state. Well our daughter came in just checking on our home. She was very upset about what she found. Called me and said that she was going to call the exterminator. Modern exterminator came in and started their work on the bugs who were living in our home. After three visits they have cleaned out all the nasty bugs. We’re very pleased the service they did. As of now we are bug free again. I’m planning on getting a few visits in the future just to make sure that the bugs aren’t coming back. Good Job guys.

They also treat around our storage and RV. We were there for a hunting trip and we were bug and varment free! Mice and bugs was a huge problem before them.
