Over the weekend, my tenant had water flooding the basement from an unknown source which we later discoved was a burst pipe because of the freezing temperatures we have been having. They came quickly and fixed the issue, gave a fair price and then were even willing to wait for me to call in on Monday to pay rather than charge the tenant.
