Alex was amazing, so welcoming and created a very calm relaxed environment. I’ve wanted to get my brows ombré’d for years and now I will always go back to her! She perfects them, is thorough and always checks to makes sure you’re happy with them, also explains the process in good detail. I had a good experience, lots of numbing cream beforehand. Also allowed check everything in the mirror prior to the brows commencing. I felt very nervous and didn't have much chat in me, but everything was ok and Alex didn't mind, I think she understood. Brows look good and I am happy with them. Thank you Alex
