I did a drop-in class at Tidal Wave Fitness CrossFit this morning and it was an incredible experience! Everyone was so friendly and encouraging right away. Coach Shaun was fantastic! I even was able to get a PR of my bench press this morning! If you are in the Galveston, TX area, this gym is a must!

Really friendly and accommodating to drop-ins. The gym was clean and the patrons all take good care of it. I enjoyed getting to talk with several of them. Highly recommend CrossFit Tidal Wave to anyone, whether local or visiting!
