I went to Dr. Brokstein over a month ago due to painful sciatica flare-ups and frozen shoulder. Since I have been going for treatment, I haven't had any more sciatica flare-ups and my frozen shoulder issue has improved. I noticed also my walking and posture have improved. Dr. Brokstein is the best chiropractor my husband and I have ever gone to for our back problems. I feel like a new person after every adjustment. He gave me some stretching exercises to do from his website that really helps with my sedentary desk-job lifestyle. Also he’s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real holistic health and taps into the root of chronic health issues rather than just fixing a symptom. Highly recommend 10/10!
