Dr. Russell Brokstein is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely enjoyable to be around. My insurance unfortunately offers me limited visits, but he is making sure I can be treated efficiently within a scheduled and planned time frame. I’m dealing with bad muscle tightness and stiffness from years of lifting with inefficient recovery. He explains things in a way that make sense and it’s nice not having to deal with the traditional akward doctors were all used to. He’s overall a great guy yet very professional and puts you at ease. His background on nutrition and wellness make him even more of a great choice. I’m excited to continue my treatment and watch my body react positivity. I feellighter, happier, more rested- but most importantly, I feel stronger at the gym. I had horrible back pain that went on for almost 2 years, I consulted all kind of doctors, they took my x Rays, gave me muscle relaxers but nothing helped. Actually no one could tell me what the issue was.finally with doubts in my mind I consulted doctor brokstein and that was me going to chripractor for the first time. In first 3 meetings itself 90% of my problem was gone 😊😊😊 I felt so happy to have found answer of my chronic pain, he is excellent in bed side manners and very humble human being. Since then anytime I have any pain I just go to him. Thanks doctor for whatever you are doing and I HIGHLY recommend him 👍Update: April 2026, I once again had a severe upper back pain because of my posture most likely (I work on computers for a long duration maybe it happened to do that) I went to visit doctors and they couldn’t help so once again I went to Brok and today I am returning from my third visit and 95% of my pain is gone. Dr Brokstein is truly one of a kind chiropractor! After years of going to different chiropractic care centers and receiving regular run-of-the-mill care and seeing no substantial results, it was such a reassuring experience going to this office for the very first time. The time Dr Brokstein takes to explain everything, actually do the exams himself and care for his patients is like no other. He was the only one able to really pinpoint where and what was causing my pains and several issues I’ve been having. I have to say it’s been life-changing going to him.
