The first few times they came, they did a great job but the last two times have been lackluster. Floors are relatively clean though it doesn’t look like they mopped, dust everywhere, countertops not washed down, shower still has soap residue on the glass- I don’t think they touched it. They even billed an extra hour and a half on top of what I was originally quoted, but service has been lacking the last two times. I’ll give them one more try and then will probably find a new cleaner if it doesn’t work out.

9 month updated review: shady business! Look elsewhere!Context: I had been getting a monthly service with 2 cleaners that takes exactly 90 min for $189. They always did a good job, but I noticed on their website they now offer recurring services with 2 cleaners for 2 hours for $189. I very kindly pointed out this discrepancy and they confirmed this hourly rate option is new. I genuinely thought they would be happy to offer this same rate to an established client, but I was ghosted after the initial inquiry and 2 kind follow ups. I was shocked because there has never been an issue on either side. Bizarre! I have since caught wind of the owner having increasingly poor management and questionable business practices.Additionally, I had first made this an “edit” to my original glowing review I posted 9 months ago. The company deleted their reply to my initial review, surely in an effort to lower “relevancy” and bury my edited version. They still, however, have not reached out nor made any effort to rectify. Shady and unprofessional!

We have been using the services twice and planning to schedule another one soon. The booking is prompt and efficient. The cleaning lady is hard working and polite. Highly recommend !

The cleaners always did a great job - but this is a very bizarre business practice and I would no longer recommend the company.I feel like a kid on Christmas morning after A&P Cleaning did a “deep clean” of my home! The team did such a thorough & fantastic job, I immediately requested a recurring service. The online scheduling option was a breeze, and their scheduling admin is wonderfully communicative, detailed, and kind! Do yourself a favor a book now ✨
