The first few times they came, they did a great job but the last two times have been lackluster. Floors are relatively clean though it doesn’t look like they mopped, dust everywhere, countertops not washed down, shower still has soap residue on the glass- I don’t think they touched it. They even billed an extra hour and a half on top of what I was originally quoted, but service has been lacking the last two times. I’ll give them one more try and then will probably find a new cleaner if it doesn’t work out.
