My family has been using Maxwell Auto for over 9 years and can honestly say we have never had a better experience at a mechanic's shop.Sean, Karen, and every member of the team are consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and honest. They give you fullsome assessment of issues, provide recommendations (including estimated timeframes surrounding how long a repair can safely wait, vs what is immediately necessary) and do not push unnecessary work. They work quickly, provide solid timeframes for repairs, and give accurate and fair quotes.I have made the mistake of going to other mechanics for convenience and always end up back to Maxwell, either because the other mechanic tries to push unnecessary work or ridiculous rates. Most recently, I went for an oil change at a chain mechanic and was told I needed 3300$ of other work. I then brought it to Maxwell who confirmed that the work was necessary, but charged hundreds less.If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust for the long-term, you honestly can't beat Maxwell mechanic. I brought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to the dealership with a drivetrain issue. After a 15-minute diagnosis, they told me I needed a new PTU and actuator at a cost of about $5,000.I decided to get a second opinion I asked chat GPT to show me a mechanic shop near me with the highest reviews and it found Maxwell Auto. Donny and his team took a completely different approach. They didn't just guess from what I told him and their test drive. They showed me the scan results, used a probe camera to inspect inside the PTU, checked for metal shavings, and verified the oil was clean. Based on that, Donny suspected it was only the PTU actuator and he advised we should start there.He was right.That honest diagnosis saved me thousands of dollars. Three technicians looked at my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and never tried to sell me parts I didn't need.One of the reviews on the wall said, "I go here religiously." I remember reading that and wondering why. Now I completely understand. Donny and the entire team have earned my trust, and they've earned a lifelong customer. I wholeheartedly recommend Maxwell for auto repairs. Whenever I've had any issues with my car I know I could never go wrong with Maxwell and it's the first place that comes to mind. Well its been a couple months since I had major engine work on my 3litre turbo Audi replacing the Timing Chain.The engine literally had to be removed from the chasie so I had Sean do couple other tasks since the engine was out like belts, hoses, Plugs ,examine the Turbo, and the A/CAfter a week or so I checked for oil leaks and loose belts and discovered a very small drip from the oil plug gasket and Karan sumoned me back right away to rectifi the issue which they did.Considering the work they did and having almost 200k on my engine ,im extremely impressed with the work quality. Looking under the engine ,youd swear it was a new car.I plan on keeping this Q7 Audi and passing it down to my Children and Sean will do all the work...periodThank You Sean

We have trusted our vehicles to Maxwell for almost 20 years. They are a great team and treat you like family. Before going to Maxwell, I found most mechanics took advantage for women and did work that was not necessary. That is not an issue at Maxwell. They explain everything that needs to be done and that is all they do. If there is a minor issue that can wait, they will tell you.We won’t take our vehicle anywhere else.

This shop saved our first day of vacation! Our SUV engine light came on while traveling the 407. We pulled off and and googled a nearby shop, landing at Maxwell Auto. Mike and crew prioritzed our SUV, were able to order an ignition coil and replace it within the hour!! Amazing. Thank you!!! 🙏🏼

I was referred to Maxwell Auto by my current mechanic for work they don't do in their shop to fix the AC on our car. The service was outstanding, staff was very transparent and courteous, AC works and prices were reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
