We just bought our first house and needed some work on the fascia and soffits that had been left exposed for 40 years. Keith came by and gave us a great quote and advice on what would work best. He was clear on what the work would entail and answered any questions that we had. The quote was cheaper then most of the other bids we received. The work only took a day and a half to install the new facia and soffits, and also to replace the gutters. The workers were quick and courteous. I had a great experience with Utah roofing & exteriors and would use them again.

We had a major issue with our garage roof. Lots of eve rot and instability. I called a few roofing companies and Keith from Utah Roofing promptly returned my call. Super professional and personable. They worked us in to their schedule and everything was repaired and replaced within a week and a half. Our gate got bumped by their truck and Keith took care of it immediately and pl repaired it better than it was. Truly nice to work with such a professional well run company with excellent communication! Couldn't have been easier.

We had a great experience working with Keith. He was very responsive to our communications and stayed in touch with us before, during, and after the roof installation. This extra element of service gave us peace of mind about working with a new (to us) company and the work being done on our house. My house was a difficult project. It’s nearly a hundred years old. Utah Roofing and Exteriors were fantastic. There were unexpected complications due to the age of the house that extended the timeline for completion, but they were very communicative about why things were going to take longer than expected.I’m absolutely satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend to anyone who needs roof repair.
