Mr. Baker and his crew did a very good, professional job. Each wore company uniform and were pleasant to work with. They explained the process, took before/after pictures, and made sure we were satisfied with the cleaning. Once the carpet was completely dry, we noticed areas that didn't look clean, so we contacted Mr. Baker and he returned to do a second cleaning at no extra charge. Overall, we are satisfied with his work.

Baker Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on our light-colored carpets that were overdue for some love, especially our stairs and youngest's room that had spill stains galore. I was really impressed with how quickly Mel got us scheduled and all communication. He and son Jeremiah were lovely, price was affordable, and quality was great. And dry within an hour!

They called the morning of cleaning date to confirm time and address. They were efficient and courteous. I had a few stains on my rug and they made them disappear! I thought they did a great job overall and their prices were reasonable.
