Mr. Baker and his crew did a very good, professional job. Each wore company uniform and were pleasant to work with. They explained the process, took before/after pictures, and made sure we were satisfied with the cleaning. Once the carpet was completely dry, we noticed areas that didn't look clean, so we contacted Mr. Baker and he returned to do a second cleaning at no extra charge.
