I would recommend Charlotte's carpet cleaning to anybody. Not only did they answer the phone late at night, they came the next day as promised right on time. The satin was treated and removed! There was time and care and explaining to me, what might happen. They offered to come back if it did not meet my expectations. The service and customer care was beyond. They were kind and professional. I will be using them again.

Brian & Matt did an outstanding job cleaning my area rugs. I have two silk Persian rugs that they did an expert job with. Even my dogs like themThey were prompt, courteous, wore shoe coverings, (even though they didn’t need to.) They took great care with furniture.My carpets look great. I prefer to use small independent companies as I feel they are easier to work with and I like supporting small businesses that are local.I highly recommend Charlotte’s carpet Cleaning companyThey were reasonably priced and I plan to use them every year in the spring.
