I had a very nice thick gray shag 5’ x 8’ area rug, which would have been very difficult for me to attempt cleaning. I reached out, made an appointment with Charlotte’s Carpet Cleaning. Brian came out, deep cleaned the shag area rug on a tarp, on the driveway. The area rug felt clean and smelled fresh afterward. Drying time was also minimal. Reasonably priced and very professional. Thank you.

I would recommend Charlotte's carpet cleaning to anybody. Not only did they answer the phone late at night, they came the next day as promised right on time. The satin was treated and removed! There was time and care and explaining to me, what might happen. They offered to come back if it did not meet my expectations. The service and customer care was beyond. Even my dogs like themThey were prompt, courteous, wore shoe coverings, (even though they didn’t need to.) They took great care with furniture.My carpets look great.
