Working with Benchmark Roofing was an easy, smooth process. Neil, the owner, worked with our insurance company to get the maximum amount possible, finding things they missed. I was not looking forward to the entire process of replacing the roof: dealing with the insurance company, 2 days of constant noise, banging, hammering, people on our property and terrorized pets. That was NOT the case with Benchmark.They quietly came early in the morning to remove the old roof. They were quiet enough that I slept thru part of it. The rest of the process was much quieter than expected. The nail guns they used were pretty quiet and I wasn’t sure they were even nailing. The workers were diligent and respectful and didn’t do a lot of talking during the process. They cleaned up the old shingles and other mess very well before they left. I was not frazzled when they finished-which was in one day. Our outdoor cats came back that evening, which is uncommon for one of them, when we have visitors.Neil came back the next working day, and checked for nails, debris and other items left behind, and to make sure we were happy with the job.We were very happy with the final look and the quality of the work, but for me, especially the process. The owners and office staff are knowledgeable, organized and efficient. Could not recommend these guys enough.

Have barndominium on Lake Fork with a wood burning stove. Our chimney/flue, which is at the top of the roof near the ridge line developed a leak. Our roof is very steep, with an 8/12 pitch, and at 65 years old, was not comfortable going up there to inspect and seal where necessary. Contacted Neal Kreck to see if he would come out and handle the job of resealing the chimney. He did not hesitate to accept my request, came out, quickly located the source and resealed the chimney. Mr. Kreck was very knowledgeable and confident, and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend him for your roofing needs.

Benchmark Roofing and Construction did an excellent job on my roof replacement. The crew arrived at 5:45 AM Thursday after removing gutters Wednesday, finished by 3:45 PM, and left the property spotless. Gutters were reattached Friday. The owner clearly explained the entire process (helpful as this was my first roof replacement). The following week, we got 4.5 inches of rain with zero leaks—proof of quality work. Friendly, reasonable, and highly recommend.

Neil Kreck with Benchmark Roofing and Construction did a great job on replacing the roof on my house. It was a hot Texas day. However, they got the job done in one day. They were working on the house by 6:00 in the morning and Finished up about 6:30 that afternoon. Everyone did a good job cleaning up around house afterwards. Neil and his staff did a great job, and I enjoyed working with them throughout the process.
