I believe every woman needs a supportive and empowering community like Wildern Lights life group led by Marlena. I came in depressed and broken (that’s what I thought at that time) and I left inspired, confident, and with tons of tools to help me heal and become a better version of myself. I have not missed a weekly meeting because I was committed. You still have to do the work, but the environment that Marlena and other women create is the one you grow and evolve.One of the highlights of the life group was the Movement Embodiment class and the graduation ceremony with a bonfire (photo from that day) 🌿

What an amazing experience! The group was productive, inspiring, and so much fun. I met incredible ladies and listened to their beautiful, heartfelt stories.
