I have recently experienced a downtime with cold air and dropping temperatures. The after hours service desk connected me with Luke in Truro who came to Bedford on a Saturday to get us up and running. As other problems persisted, Taylor worked magic at the office to source parts and the team finished the job a few days later. Great team, fast responsive service and a can-do attitude. Brilliant. I have had a great experience with Troy, and with Wilson’s. Every step of the process of switching from oil heating to electric has been taken care of by Troy. Whenever there was an issue, or I had a question, Troy was there to ensure that I had all the information and felt comfortable with the process. Even when there were issues with other companies, Troy worked hard to correct the situation. Troy was available any time, even when I wasn’t expecting a response until the next day!It was a great process, and I would recommend Troy and Wilson’s without a doubt.

We had these guys convert us from oil to a heat pump in June ‘25. Very pleased with the unit and the service was great. The installers were so great as they did the work. We’ve also had to have them for service to fix an issue and again they were fantastic. It was so nice to have such great explanations about what was done and what we should do.

Website says RV camper propane repair but they don't do that actually after booking on the website for the next day at 10:00 they never called and then the day after I called and asked about the reservation that I made over their website they didn't receive it didn't look that it was there so if you're going to make a booking do it by phone don't bother using the website

I simply can’t say enough good things about Wilsons Mechanical.I just had my 19 year old 5 ton heat pump replaced at my house in Bedford by Chris and the boys. Because it is mated to a Steffes electric furnace, it was not a simple exchange. There is a attached garage between the mechanical room and the external heat pump location so a new refrigerant line had to be run through the finished, gyprocked garage. Sheet metal had to be custom fabricated and installed over the fan blower. The team took only a day and a half and the results are absolutely spectacular. I actually marvel at just how neat the entire install looks both outside and in. The guys also took time to explain the physics and principles involved in the unique system I have. Kudos to the team at Wilsons from the entire sales experience to the final execution.

Highly recommend going with Wilsons Mechanical for any and all of your heat pump needs. They took the worry out of arranging everything from electrical work to duct work to removing the old furnace and oil tank. They were able to complete the necessary duct work upgrades and install the new heat pump within a day and had the process worked down to a fine art (at one point we had at least 10 guys working at the house). They ensure their customers needs come first and ensure the customer is satisfied before leaving the job site. Also extremely grateful to James who walked us through the entire process and followed up with us to see if we were still making out ok a few weeks later.

It was a really nice day, the work was done professionally, not a scrap of cardboard, wires, paper etc left behind. Chad explained the remote( many times over lol) patiently and the functions of the heat pump. My husband is “ detailed oriented “ and he asked Chad if the inside unit could be placed EXACTLY between the windows. And it is centred perfectly! The heat pump looks tidy inside and out, we’re very pleased.
