We went home, I called other dentists. Crown $1050. Went there for eval. Said didn't need crown just filling . $225. When went back for seating. requested a council. with Dr. He declined. What a piece a work this facility is. They started out at Sunrise Dental in Walla Walla. I had some xrays and a teeth cleaning done in November of 2023. They said I needed an implant put in. I did a care credit (loan) and they charged me $5,000 for the implant as well as a teeth cleaning. No one told me they moved their offices to Kennewick. The loan got paid off in April of 2024. They canceled on me three different appointments to get this put in. And now they're trying to charge me another $1,000 for this stupid thing! And it doesn't even match in color to my other teeth! I'm probably going to have to contact a lawyer to resolve this. Sketchy dentist . I wouldn't even recommend him for a cleaning... Less

Dr.Lopez says he cares about families and their personal care of their teeth, but if you cannot pay $10,000 to $50,000 dollars, or get financing, he will not work on your teeth at all! Eventhough you can pay as you go. I was not looking for anything free! I can pay as I went, and he would not help me. I have insurance, but he wouldn't even work with that! I could of always paid the difference, but that was not ok with him. I had to have ALL the money up front for ALL of my teeth problems. They took their time and explained everything, let my husband and I go together in the room. knowing I was nervous they gave me a blanket and neck pillow, best thing their chairs massage. I just had my first appt. and was impressed! Dr Lopez and all his staff were amazing and professional including front staff! I usually get extremely anxious and did not feel like that after a few mins. As they were measuring my teeth they were super gentle, I was in aww! Today was one of those days for me. A lot on my mind, rushing to get out of the house on time, dog not wanting to give me the time of the day. Well, arrived to see my FAVORITES at Tri Cities Dental Care, followed all the precautions needed, texted from my car that I had arrived and followed instructions to come in. I just love that they are following the COVID guidelines for all our safety. I’m greeted by the new assistant Ricky, he had some music going, so that helped me regain from the morning “get out of the house” rush. But what really helped make me feel comfortable was his conversation. He has jokes! If you haven’t decided to come in to see Dr Antonio at Tri Cities Dental Care, please, my experience has always been positive. The work environment is welcoming and amicable. Dr. Lopez did a phenomenal job on talking me through and reconstruction my teeth. I found him to be patient and caring about my dental health. He provided a bridge and several crowns. The procedure was long and slightly painful. I was impressed the good Doctor contacted a few times after the procedure to see if I was ok. I have never had a Dentist follow up. the entire experience was excellent. I'm new to the area and I've never seen an office look and feel like a day at the spa you can have a perifan wax for your hands pillows for your leg's and feet along with a blanket for warmth while sitting in a massage chair as you listen too music on headphones or watch t.v. ..All of the staff are so very friendly and helpful and they are very knowledgeable in there field.
