We had an awful roof issue with a Roofing contractor trying to get my insurance company to replace the roof for over a year!!! Meanwhile we had monsoons and winter storms making is even worse. So we decided we'd have to replace it ourselves. We got several estimates from different contractors. It's very expensive considering we have solar and it's about 10 grand just to remove the solar off the roof and put it back when the roof is finished. Then I found MONTY with PANDA ROOFING!! This crew and company first got my attention by doing a roof job on m neighbors home about 2 -3 weeks ago, watching an 'Army of a crew' workin for almost 10 hours, or more replacing that one, as well the 'clean up" process afterwards. After me calling and calling I was told it was going to be fixed. Then they send someone out to look at it and he tells my boyfriend because I was at work that oh that was like that so it’s your problem to fix. Everything worked at my house before hand. It’s fixed now but I shouldn’t have to call and call to have them fix it. On top of it them still having to come out to fix them problems that were wrong with the roof. It was all around a bad experience and I’m still dealing with them.Update I’m still dealing with leaks in the roof. I would not recommend this company at all. Less

I was asked to write a review a couple weeks after fresh home solutions replaced my roof and installed my solar system (08/2023), I held off because there were a few things along the process that made it difficult to leave a good review right off the bat. There was lack of organizion and communication between employees and them keeping us (husband & I) updated. They were making it seem very inconvenient to work around our schedules, and we were expected to just be available when needed. We tried to back out of the solar deal a couple of times but were reeled back in with Matt's and Elija's ease of words and professional manipulation tactics. That aside, I will give credit where it's due. They did a good job installing the roof and solar and cleaning up after themselves. There's no complaints about their work. However the complaint is about how they lie to people (about solar) saying what they are getting will meet and exceed their electric needs and once you're in , you're doomed. I'm stuck with a big loan to pay now and the same electricity bill amount I was previously paying. When we reached out they admitted their mistake (we have proof) and were told that it can be fixed by purchasing more panels...? We were VERY specific with the amount of electricity we consume and that we understand if solar isn't for us, but no.... we were REASSURED over and over it would cover our usage. Contract is signed, months go by, were paying the same amount plus a loan... its ridiculous. My husband reached out to various employees and was always left waiting a call back or an email. When he'd reach out AGAIN he was told THEY were waiting on us to contact them...my husband was finally able to meet with them (he took initiative an drove to their office) we weren't offered an in person appointment ever to try and look for a solution. Anyway we are still dealing with this because we were told to pretty much to "do what we must" to deal with this. Also we were told Matt doesn't work with them (he was there through the process) but I read a couple more recent reviews talking about Matt?? Hmm I'm sure it's a different one that in a few months because so knowledgeable and recognized... but anyway this is what I'm dealing with guys, just make sure everything adds up before you sign. I worked with Chris from fresh Home Solutions on a hail damaged roof Chris did his inspection took pictures sent to Insurance Company they sent out a drone basically said sorry that's not hail damage that is hard rain LOL what the heck is hard rain it's hail .anyway I was panicking a bit Chris said don't worry sometimes it's part of the process Chris forwarded them more info at that point they reopened the claim sent out a inspector finally and we got our roof covered along with a few other things working with fresh Home Solutions was a great experience I have never seen a better Roofing Team come out and replace my roof in 2 days Chris was very professional he calmed me down because there was a few times I was a little upset could not be happier with the job fresh Home Solutions provided me thank you Chris well done.. This experience has definitely been a nightmare. These people will come to your home and show you manipulated charts showing how much money you will save but it is all a lie. I am paying more now for electricity now then I was before. I called to see if there was anything could be done and was told I can purchase more panels from them. After dealing with several roofing companies that were unwilling to work with my insurance for over a year, I got a knock on my door from Matt with Fresh Home Solutions. At this time, I went through the wringer with the other companies and was prepared for the same song and dance. However, Matt was different. It was apparent that he was familiar with homeowners’ insurance policies and was experienced with dealing with them. This combined with his professional attitude gave me the confidence that Fresh Home was going to be different than the other guys.Matt and his team spent months battling with my insurance company. He was able to get insurance to cover more of the roof, however, they still wanted to repair the roof which we knew was not the direction I wanted to go due to its age. This is when Matt offered a solution that the other roofing companies did not have. He proposed going solar and replacing the roof. At first, I was apprehensive, but once Matt reviewed the numbers with me it was more affordable than I expected! This made the decision easy, especially with the ever-rising energy costs.The roofers did a great job. I was worried I would be picking nails and bits of trash from my landscaping for months. But to my surprise, the guys cleaned up well. I could tell they took pride in their work and did things right.After the roof was done, the solar crew arrived and took the same pride in workmanship as their colleagues.
