I cannot say enough nice things about everyone at Direct Flooring. Thank you Jeff for helping me and not try to upsell. You are a kind, very caring, and direct person. The install was fast and they did an amazing job. If you want honesty and quality go here. I wish they did more than flooring! 😊

This was our 3rd purchase to include laminate flooring and carpet from Jeff at the Cape Coral store. we had purchased some carpet 1.5 years ago and he was still able to price match that already low cost per sq ft. He is professional and friendly and the installers he uses have done a great job. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff at this location.

We have done all of your business with Jeff and highly recommend for all of your flooring needs. Just had beautiful carpet installed by Craig replacing my builder grade yuck. It is spectacular. Go visit them for any flooring needs! They also do cabinets and tile. Enjoy!Have to add to the I posted earlier. With the extra scraps of carpet that were left, you can take them in to get them bound for entry way carpets or bathroom. Mine came out great!

We had a great experience with Direct Flooring! Dave and Jeff are incredible to work with. Great personalities! They truly went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. They pulled multiple samples, took the time to help us compare colors, and offered helpful suggestions without ever making us feel rushed. We were definitely picky and changed our minds a few times, but they showed an incredible amount of patience and were so understanding throughout the entire process. Their customer service was exceptional, and we really appreciated how much time and effort they put into helping us make the right choice. If you’re looking for flooring and want someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect option, I highly recommend them!
