No BS or con job by Jeff Shawver. Just straight forward advice on how to pick the right flooring material and an attractive total price relative to the some 5 way over priced Fort Myers flooring outlets from which I had obtained quotes over a few weeks. I had also looked into having flooring directly shipped to me by an out of town discount flooring warehouse dealer. I had an independent individual lined up to do the installation.James, Jeff's installer, was on time, polite, competent and openly addressed any questions I had. He and Dallas, his co-worker, didn't damage any walls/furniture and cleaned up afterwards. There were no last minute cost adders to the previously agreed upon price. They completed 2 bedrooms and a walk in closet in just a few hours.So, I added a tip onto the labor cost James had originally quoted me.

I found the experience at Direct Flooring was smooth and the quality excellent. Jeff, at the front desk, help me pick out the newest modern tile that I could get. 24 x 48 pieces. He assigned me an installation company that was prompt, efficient and did some very high-quality work. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the tile installation. Then, once they finished tile, I returned to Direct Flooring and purchased some carpet for the three bedrooms. Happy to say the carpet Installation was done by some really good guys as well.
