I submitted an online inquiry with Direct Flooring last week. Within about an hour, I received a call from Jeff. When I met with him at the store, he was very friendly and knew the exact flooring options that he had in stock. James installed the flooring two days later. It only took one day to get it installed (three rooms and four closets). I was very pleased with the final results. The laminate looks and feels fantastic! I fully intend on using Direct Flooring for any future flooring needs.
