I found the experience at Direct Flooring was smooth and the quality excellent. Jeff, at the front desk, help me pick out the newest modern tile that I could get. 24 x 48 pieces. He assigned me an installation company that was prompt, efficient and did some very high-quality work. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the tile installation. Then, once they finished tile, I returned to Direct Flooring and purchased some carpet for the three bedrooms. Happy to say the carpet Installation was done by some really good guys as well. Jeff and James are amazing!! They went far and above to make sure I was extremely satisfied with my purchases. I purchased a lot of flooring - ended up remodeling 2 houses. It's a family-owned business and they give personal attention to everyone. Their pricing is reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

From start to finish, Jeff and James were absolutely amazing. My wife and I were really struggling to agree on a design, but they somehow managed to find a perfect middle ground that we both love. Craig made the installation super easy, and it was great seeing his wife and son helping out. I love supporting a local business where the whole family works together. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—if we ever need floors again, this is definitely the place. I truly can’t recommend them enough!

The owner of this establishment was truly kind and generous. While doing community outreach for my place of employment a few weeks ago, we came upon Direct Flooring. Myself and 3 of my coworkers were very pleasantly surprised at his willingness to hear about what we do in the community. He graciously made a substantial, unexpected donation! It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this place based on the character of the owner.

James and Craig are LITERALLY SUPERSTARS!! I have been wanting to get my floors done for a long time, and having a baby that turned into a crawling toddler definitely became the catalyst for biting the bullet. It is a lot to spend that chunk of change, to trust people in your home, and to trust the job will get done clean. Craig and James communicated very professionally and I never felt like I had an unanswered question. Craig and his family are the installers and are insanely hardworking. They got my house done in a day and a half including the baseboards and we couldn’t be happier. Like I want to just hug my floor I am so stinking happy. Thank you guys so much and thank you for your dedication! Craig especially blew me away and I am always going to ONLY recommend Direct Flooring because they’re the ONLY choice. Five stars!!⭐️

We had an excellent experience dealing with Direct Flooring. We were replacing the 20+ year old tile in our condo and going back with LVP. Jeff listened to our needs and helped us decide on the product. He referred us to Craig who came in and measured for the demo and install. Both were experienced and very good to work with. We had a couple of small issues, but Craig took care of them promptly and professionally. To us, that is the measure of a good contractor. We are delighted with our new floors and would highly recommend Jeff and Craig at Direct Flooring. They did a great job!👏
