We purchased carpet for our living room and our experience at the store was great and no pressure. The installers, Jerry and James, came 2 days later, moved all the furniture and laid the carpet. Highly recommend Direct Flooring!

Direct Floring is tops in our recommendations for flooring. Walked in to the store told the sale person what we wanted in carpeting and within 30 min he recommended carpeting and installers to put it in. We were looking on doing one bedroom and then move the furniture and then do the second room. James told us when the installers come to measure see if they can do both rooms the same day. The installers would move out the furniture. Bought the rugs we wanted and the installers got the measurements and we set a date and they came and installed both rooms the same day. We rate this service 5 stars and recommend this store and their installers. P.S. the price was right for all of it also. 5 STARS all the way.

Direct Flooring a a great place to get carpet or tile. It’s a family owned establishment not a big box store. They go that extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied. Jeff and James at the store are extremely nice and friendly. We’ve purchased multiple items from the store and they always are there to help make suggestions and give you a fare price. There is another James there whom installs tile and carpet. He and his team do excellent work. They show up when they say they are going to. Do great job with installation and they make sure everything is cleaned and our expectations are met. They even help move some furniture. I will always go back to Direct Flooring rather than going to a big box store or one of those corporate decor stores.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish from the store staff to Craig and his family to install it! They have been detailed, focused, communicative, educational, on time, and delivered a quality of work anyone would appreciate! We have had our share of bad vendors. Let me say this: If you are putting in a floor, you need to visit Direct Flooring. You will learn more about floors than anyone has taught you as a homeowner. You will be treated like you've been friends for years. The best part, when they finish installing your floor you will be amazed at the fine detail they pay attention to. Craig is the type of installer that not only preps the area but cleans up after his work is done! I'm amazed and blessed to have had this experience. Don't compare Direct flooring to any others - just go with them and Craig for the install!!
