We found water in our basement at around noon one day. I called Alfords at 1pm after I knew where the leak was. They told me that it may not be possible to get help out that day but she would call me back. At around 2pm she called and had people that could come. They started immediately but then found the water line was buried 5 ft deep and needed their mini backhoe. They loaned me their water key so I could turn the water off and on to control the water going in to the basement while still being able to take showers and cook. They returned early the next day and had it fixed quickly. They had to dig up shrubs and put dirt on the yard but they replanted the shrubs, they put plastic down to put dirt on. It was unbelievable how well both crews worked to do a neat job and take care of our yard. Also, I did not hear a single foul word. All 4 men were real gentelmen. They were so nice and I enjoyed talking to them but most of all they were professional.

They came early in the morning and fought for nearly an hour with a stubborn clog, but they got the hob done! I am so, so grateful to the two of them for working so hard. Highly recommend!
