We are very pleased with our recent bathroom remodel with Kaja Construction. The crew assigned to our job did all the work themselves including demo, plumbing, tile work, etc.. Landi was very good with daily communication and always made sure we approved each step of the project. Most important is that the job was completed within a week timeframe. We were comfortable with every step of the bathroom remodel process and will most likely use Kaja Construction for the next bathroom remodel at our home.

It has been a year now since Kaja construction rebuilt the shower stall in my master bathroom and installed new flooring. I told them it would be a while before I posted the review because I do like to make sure everything is in good running order. However I didn't think it would take this long. Their team did all the work - removed the old tile shower and pan, removed some of the framing around the shower to give me a couple more inches of room (which did make a big difference), took care of all the plumbing which involved moving the shower head to another wall and installing new piping and new fixtures The team was very courteous, good at problem solving, kept me informed of their progress, and helped me make decisions. They also recommended another professional to manufacture and install the beautiful shower door. All of this made it a very smooth process and it was all done in 4 days. I highly, highly recommend Kafa Construction!

Nev was great to work with, providing excellent suggestions and accommodating our request to source a few tiles from elsewhere, making the planning and quoting stage completely stress-free.Jon and Landi are true professionals. Throughout the entire 2.5-week project, we had zero complaints. They worked quietly and cleanly, meticulously protecting our home and paying incredible attention to every detail to ensure that we were involved in design decisions. We have worked with Kaja Construction for a few months on thinking about a bathroom remodel. They were supposed to come earlier this summer, but I had a family emergency and they were very gracious in rescheduling. There was also an issue with getting in one of the furniture items that we had wanted, but they were able to offer us an equivalent, which works really well. Overall, when they had come in, the contractors were very respectful and very considerate and worked extra late one day to get everything done. The bathroom looks beautiful. I would be happy to use them again in the future.

It is a pleasure to spend time in the newly remodeled areas. Our experience with Kaja Construction was wonderful. Our small bathroom was in need of a remodel, and after several quotes/estimates, Kaja came in the least expensive and the easiest to communicate and work with. Also, they never once seemed pushy. They answered any questions we had and even were able to offer a start date within a month of our estimate. They took our bathroom down to the studs and did the drywall, tiles, grouting, plumbing, vanity, reinstalled our toilet, all in 5 days. They also referred us to a painter and a glass door installer. Everyone was super pleasant and very professional. We are so happy with our new bathroom. We would highly recommend Kaja Construction to our friends and family.

Kaja’s team of exceptional craftsmen exceeded my high expectations for our 2 bath/mudroom renovation. We needed ADA friendly touches. Communication was excellent, this team wants you to love your results and asks excellent questions throughout the project, their guidance was invaluable. Some issues came up but they always had possible solutions and there were no delays. They have a customer friendly model of roughly one week per bath. The closest quote to that was 4-6 weeks. We have had 4 significant and satisfying renovations over 30 years. Kaja’s work was by far the highest quality, and the most pleasant experience. Their recommendation for ED Painting who did beautiful work with attention to detail was also appreciated.

Definitely recommend this team! After getting a few quotes, there were several reasons we went with Kaja.1) Budget friendly compared to most of the quotes we received2) They did all of the work for 1 full bath (full remodel) and a 1/2 bath (paint, new floors, remove tile walls) in one week3) The onsite team was great at continually making sure they were aligned with what we wanted4) The onsite team was able to notice and replace several items that were damaged without even me requesting!Great job!
