Boxed did such an amazing job! Their customer service was great, responded quickly and also delivered my gift outside of business hours for the following day upon my request! I really appreciated their help! The gift was put together beautifully and they sent me updates on delivery and photos of the gift before delivery so I appreciated that. My sis in law LOVED her gift, it was really nice that I got to curate it all myself, picked my items and colours. The box was also customized w her name on it. I got to add 6 items with a personalized box and card for just under 200$ which to me was worth it due to how easy the process was and the quality of items and quality of packaging was great. Thank you Boxed!!

They seriously went above and beyond, even picked up one of my own items (that wasn’t from them!) without charging any pickup fee. Super sweet and accommodating!
