EMT went the extra mile on all aspects of our project from insurance claim through final project delivery. I once thought as a 30-year homeowner that I understood enough about roofing, storm damage, etc., that I would be capable of meeting with an insurance companies adjuster and get covered what was needed (and fair). I was wrong. In todays insurance market I am clearly ill prepared to do that on my own and will call EMT to navigate this on all future storm damage issues we might sustain. Mike has the skill, patience, and persistence required to ensure the insurance company is held accountable for covering what your policy says they are responsible for. We asked difficult questions along the way and Mike had great answers for us. The crews were efficient and took care of everything. When Mike noticed certain elements of the crews work that did not meet his standard for attention to detail (things we hadn't noticed), he was quick to have them corrected to ensure everything looked awesome!

EMT exceeding our expectations both in customer service and in quality of their work. Mike was extremely patient and helpful while we were deciding the best fit for what we needed. The crew that came out to the house to do the siding was polite and great at doing an amazing job. Our job started out as a bid for full replacement on the existing siding and after talking it through with Mike he was incredibly helpful at helping us come up with the most economical way to get the job done. We will definitely contact EMT in the future for any exterior needs.

I was looking for a local construction company to do a small project (something I couldn't do myself) on a garage that I've been building. I gave EMT a call after seeing their rating and looking at a few reviews. Mike came out and was not only very personable, but took a genuine interest in my project and what I had done thus far. He explained to me how they would tackle what I wanted done and we also discussed a few options on finishing my garage. At the time I was really only interested in the small project I had called them for as I generally like doing as much work as I possibly can by myself. The guys who did the work were great and the price was fair, so I ultimately had them do all the siding as well.
