I’ve been a member for six years! Longest I’ve ever been a member at any gym. Love the atmosphere, equipment, but most of all the people Amy the owner, is amazing as are the personal trainers and front desk staff. Wonderful family atmosphere. Life has gotten in the way and I need to get back there. Miss training with Manny and miss the encouragement from Amy and Patrick. I was driving from Greenville just to come there! First gym I've ever felt welcome and comfortable! Developed so many friendships from my time going there. Hope to get back sooner, rather than later.

I love this place! Every single member of the staff (including owner Amy) knows what customer service should look like. And they do it with excellence! The CrossFit team is stellar! Never felt more safe to push myself and accomplish amazing results. They even know how to make burpees fun.. The amenities are top notch. Couldn’t say enough good!
