The one time there was a minor issue, they replaced the item under warranty without any fuss. Once we saw the sample, we were completely sold. They coordinated seamlessly with our builder to ensure everything was ready for a smooth, efficient installation, and the final result—visible in the photos—turned out absolutely spectacular. This was our first time using this company and wow, were we pleasantly surprised!! It isn't often in the Design Industry that you receive something that isn't broken or has issues and requires a claim. Well, you won't have this problem with this company! The packaging of our 82"L solid maple desktop and matching floating selves arrived packaged with ample material inside to protect them. We had mailed the stain to this company but had them make the solid maple desktop and floating shelves. The desktop had rounded edges where specified and flat ones where they needed to die into the wall. We are still missing two cabinet doors on this project, but that was not an issue with this company. I am only stating for picture purchased. Do yourself a favor and use this company for your special wood projects. You will not be disappointed! From the customer service to the drawing submittal, to the final product. The process was so easy to work through with them.
