Can't recommend this place. Walked thru and all the rubs seemed over priced. Asked the salesperson what new tub advancements have their been in 10 years I should know about she said I don't know I havent been in this biz that long. As I was looking at the overpriced hot tubs, she made the comment." Oh, what's the cost of truly feeling relaxed" ..lame sales attempt..Oh, and as I was looking at the $15000 hot tubs. She was saying oh and that's just the hot tub. It doesn't include the cover that cost another $1000. Less

We have had our hot tub for a year now and we also purchased the maintenance. Our man Christian comes to our house every month and we are so happy with the results and we don’t have to worry about clarity of the water or draining and filling up. Thank you so much! Gladys and Bob Less

The delivery of my hot tub was seamless and the guys are amazing at fitting the tub through tight spaces ! So they had the tub on a spinning platform to show me which orientation I wanted before setting it in place. The only thing I did not realize is where the cord was coming from in relation to my power supply so I probably would have rotated it a bit differently. I think that we should have pointed that out before deciding as they were gone before I could see cord, I appreciate Katie for being responsive to my questions.The controls are still a bit confusing and I would prefer it come with a printed manual. When I tried to print my own copy of 30+ pages, my printer only printed less than half. The most relevant not printed so trying to read on my phone is not ideal.I would like more support and the store does respond with an email, however I would prefer a phone call to walk through while I am trying to resolve some settings. Very friendly staff when in store about advice from my first sample of water they tested before my first use.It’s a wonderful experience to start my day off with coffee in the tub in the morning and warm up and wind down after a long work day. I look forward to sleeping better, insomnia is my norm. Less
