Although I didn't care much for the long wait for the tub cover to be manufactured, delivered and installed, when the install did take place, it was accomplished successfully and without incident. I was notified several times about the status of the upcoming delivery, the workers showed up on time, and the work was completed professionally and quickly.

Hot Tub store is excellent for customer service. I purchased my NXT Grande salt tub in August 2016. The tub is easy to maintain and service by me. Nancy, the sales person, was an excellent trainer for me to learn how to maintain the tub.The valet service has been excellent. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and water conservation focused.
