The experience was great from start to delivery to orientation. All we knew is we wanted a hot tub and learned so much about options. We picked a salt water tub and the delivery and setup was so easy. Greg from the Rocklin store connected us with an electrician, Chris, who was on time with his crew. He knows the hot tubs and The Hot Tub Store so well, he knew the delivery time before we did. Daniel gave us the orientation and startup for the tub. What a great and informative guy! He really wants you to understand how to get the best out of your hot tub. He makes you aware of other options, without pressuring you. I highly recommend The Hot Tub Store!

We purchased a Kauai Caldera hot tub. Randy sold us our spa and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Daniel came today to go over our chemical/salt system and installed an ozone add on. He was very informed on the chemical ratio and he was easy to understand. We are older so we opted for the valet service to help us keep the PH always correct. Thank you so much.
