I went to the Hot Tub Store in Folsom with a specific sized tub in mind and a specific price. It was hard to meet my desires but Patrick went through all the information and showed me a lot of tubs. I was not ready to adjust my goals and after a few weeks, thinking I would not find one, he called. He found exactly what I wanted and I bought it. He never gave up and now I have the perfect hot tub which I use everyday. In addition, after my tub was delivered Christian provided an orientation and showed me how to administer the chemicals etc. the folks there are just very knowledgeable and professional. The Hot Tub Store in Folsom is the place to go.

I made my career in advertising, so I'm not an easy sell. But I am sold on the Hot Tub Store. Everything from sales and orientation to installation (in a driving rain storm) and ongoing support has been top-level. If you want to get your hot tub right, give these guys a visit. Great Sales Team, but Post-Sales Support Falls ShortThe initial sales process was positive—the team was helpful, knowledgeable, and made purchasing the spa an easy experience.Unfortunately, the positive experience stopped once the spa was delivered. When I ran into trouble setting everything up and reached out for guidance, I found it incredibly difficult to get the post-sales support I needed. After multiple frustrating attempts to get assistance from the store, I ultimately had to give up and seek help from an outside source to finally get it up and running.

First time in 5yrs of ownership, my Hot Springs spa sprung a leak. Called The Hot Tub Store who quickly arranged for a service appointment.Rainy, cold day… fully expected a cancelation/reschedule call. Nope.Benjamin called to talk through the issue and proactively assure that the service truck was stocked with materials that may be required to complete the job.Both Benjamin and Chuck showed up on time and were extremely professional and courteous.Their experience was evident immediately - not only did they quickly isolate my leak (which I’d have never found), they also addressed some other lighting issues I didn’t even know I had. They also assessed my tubs chlorination levels and gave me some excellent feedback.Could not have been more impressed with both gentlemen. Benjamin and Chuck’s performance and that of The Hot Tub Store Service Dept. was outstanding.
