Ryan is a lifesaver! Our AC stopped working and turning on during the weekend, we dreaded needing an after hours service call. Much to our surprise he DOES NOT charge extra to come out on the weekends. He identified the issue with our thermostat and corrosion on our components. He had our AC back up and running that same evening. He is professional, respectful, honest, and above all transparent with his pricing.In a world where companies do whatever they can to make more money off of you, HIT Air is a breath of fresh air. HIT Air was fantastic from start to finish! They came out quickly for a tune-up and provided excellent service at a very affordable price. What stood out most was their honesty, integrity, and transparency throughout the whole visit. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they carefully checked everything, pointed out a couple of small issues and minor leaks, and simply patched them up for me on the spot. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly looks out for the customer. I’ll definitely be using HIT Air for all my HVAC needs going forward — highly recommend them!
