I’ve admired Patrick Donald Photography for many years, passing his Dublin gallery daily and always being struck by the beauty of his work. When a colleague was leaving Ireland to return to France, I instantly thought of a Patrick Donald print as the perfect reminder of his time here.I left it until the last minute and only then realised the gallery may no longer be located in Dublin. In a panic, I texted Patrick on Friday lunchtime to ask if his studio was still in the city. He phoned me almost immediately and was so kind and helpful, he assured me that if I placed the order that day, he would do his best to get it to me quickly.True to his word, the print of Trinity College which I selected was framed and delivered early Monday morning and it’s absolutely stunning. Patrick was a pleasure to deal with, and his work speaks for itself. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Patrick!

By far the most impressive customer service I have ever had. I needed a short notice gift this week and a print from Patrick was the perfect choice. From first contact to the framed print ( with unexpected but much appreciated gift bag) arriving in our offices, was less then 24hours. The recipient will be returning to Australia later this summer having worked beside the Grand Canal for the last 3 years and is delighted to be taking a piece of the Grand Canal with her. I am also lucky enough to have 2 of Patrick's prints in my own home so I had known how special the photographs can be, but the above and beyond service has been a exceptional experience.Thank you so so so much for being so responsive, accommodating and quick this week, my boss and recipient are both delighted.
