We recently moved to Rocklin, CA from Michigan and we couldn't have been happier with selecting Brandon and his team. We relocated due to a new job opportunity and didn't know anything about the area. I looked online at Rocklin realtors and found Brandon. We moved right along, and Brandon was extremely friendly and professional. We set a date to fly out for a weekend to look at homes and Brandon had lined up 2 full days of showings. Brandon and his team showed us almost 20 homes in the first two days. Brandon brought snacks and refreshments and even helped hold our 5 month old baby to give us a break as we looked through many homes. We still had a full day open on Sunday, and we just wanted to make sure we saw as much as possible during our short stay. Without any scheduled plans to see houses Sunday, we asked if his team would be willing to look at more in another area. Without any hesitation, Brandon told us no problem. That night Brandon put together another full slate of showings for us to look at, and we ended up finding our current home that Sunday. We have maintained our relationship with Brandon since the move and he has really made us feel a part of the community. As new owners in an unfamiliar area, we have relied on Brandon for many recommendations and almost weekly I am reaching out for a new contractor or even a restaurant. My wife and I made the decision to sell our home in Roseville and move our family across the country to North Carolina. We had no idea how we'd be able to prepare the home, list it, and sell it as quickly as we needed to move. In addition, we were a little nervous that we wouldn't come out of this with all that much profit. That's where Brandon and Vanessa (his wife) come in.We shared our needs with Brandon and literally within hours, Brandon and his wife were at our home giving us ideas on how we could prepare the home for sale. 24 hours later (or maybe less) Brandon and Vanessa had prepared a digital checklist for us to complete, what he planned to list the home for, and when he'd recommend listing the home.It took us a couple of weeks to complete the list, but we did it. Brandon checked in on us several times over that time span with encouragement and even coffee one morning. :)Just as soon as we had completed the work, Brandon took over. We could not believe how prepared and thorough Brandon was. He listed the home on a Thursday, had an open house on Saturday (with 56 potential buyers walking through) and by Sunday evening we were looking at seven great offers. We were (and still are) floored. By Tuesday morning (that's right, six days later) we accepted an offer and the escrow time clock began.We felt so comfortable with Brandon at the helm, we did not delay our move to North Carolina but took off.
