Had thier seasonal package done on the interior of my truck, I was getting it ready to return my lease, I had 2 year old salt stains and grime in my carpets & mats, it now looks like no one has set foot inside and looks immaculate. Andrew and Nathan were very helpful and communicated well with me about thier process. I respect thier person to person interactions they had with me, this meant alot. I did have a small issue with the exterior of the vehicle, but the staff did help me rectify this issue and they solved it professionally, Thank you guys. Me and my other family members have come here before, everything from thier top tier packages right down to basic cleanings. I will be going here again in the future, and would recommend them. Thank you Nathan and Andrew for your understanding and professionalism.

Alright brought my 2024 silverado in for only an interior clean its a leased vehicle I baby this thing I know it inside an out. They did a great job on my interior but there was damage to my truck ill post the photos. Whats odd as well as u can see this damage a mile away,as its a lease I had my pre return inspection done not 2 weeks ago and got a 100% inspection pass. Dent and paint missing on my hood and paint missing on both wheel wells in the exact same spot on both sides. My suggestions dont go here, but if u must do a pre walk around inspection with someone and a post walk around inspection. If they simply just did the right thing ide have glowing reviews, im a small business owner myself this isn't how you built repeat customers and Integrity.Edit/update: I've been in contact with someone from georgian detailing via call and text, and the response is vastly different from the reply to my Google review, the texts just say they can hook me up with a paint guy at my expense. As I cant reply to said Google review, I have this truck for a 3 more weeks we will see if anyone from georgian detailing actually makes this right.

This is my second experience here . First time I left unsatisfied they washed only half on my inside windshield and half of the sunroof and my screen took about 12 hours to reset as so much moisture got into it that it wouldn’t work, I chalked it up to a me issues to be dealt with and thought distracted cleaner maybe ? I left it and just did the rest my self. Fast forward to today bring In a truck that needs to be cleaned as a returned lease , I’ve done meticulous walk arounds in the past few weeks as I know it’s going back to GM , I was impressed with how the truck looks externally as I’ve kept good care of it !! So turn to today just paid for a basic interior clean ,interior is great ,clean , they did a good job and got the winter salt out of all the inside. I come outside and see that both wheel well in exact same spots the paint is chipped away , upon further inspection I see there’s a dent in my hood and paint chips from that as well . Obviously someone was careless and not paying close enough attention , now I’m left pissed off and have to repair a lease that before today didn’t need repairing. Not impressed and will not be returning . I have also let both family members know about this incident so they can make their own judgements their fall and spring cleanings they return ,sorry to say you’ve lost a few customers here.I will note that the owner /manager spent time texting with me . Basically explained that best he could do is find a paint guy and send us his way. Also he mentioned that if this damage was done at his shop that there would be finger prints…and send me pictures of his vacuum and explained it couldn’t possibly have happened as his vacuum doesn’t reach the height of my wheel well….insinuating this was the only tool used on my truck ? Ridiculous and disappointing .

I’m speechless! I came to Georgian Detailing for a seasonal interior clean and I’m completely blown away by the attention to detail and quality of the services. With two children and a rough winter, my vehicle was in rough shape (to say the least). My vehicle is cleaner than my expectations and was completed within the timeframe quoted.
