I like all your staff at the chemist but I am slightly deaf and lip read quite alot.No disrespect to the current assistant but she speaks behind her religious mask and all you see are her eyes.She might well be very capable but my second experience today caused me to panic as I wanted to ask questions but couldn't communicate without seeing a face!!!Did speak to one of the staff but burst into tears when I left as my confidence dipped and I didn't feel safe.Some patients have spoken to me and they are going to transfer to Eaves Lane now.Such a shame as previous receptionists have been lovely and shown respect by removing their facial mask and talking kindly to their clients.Spoke to Ruth and she is the best manager plus Moira.Feel worried now and want to know if I can ask for staff without a facecovering every time I need help. Thankyou for all you do.

All the staff are lovely and helpful. It can get busy, but the text alert when your prescription is ready is very handy.

Wonderful , helpful staff...could not fault this pharmacy in anyway , never had any issues even when under pressure they always have a smile .
