Joe Byington is among the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. He failed to honor an appointment he made, and failed to inform me beforehand. Given a second chance he then failed to figure out a way to send a document via email or fax. He then failed to respond to a phone massage. When confronted with these matters he actually blamed me! I cannot recommend him to anyone who cares about competence or integrity.

Nick and his team are always amazing to work with. They consistently get me lower yearly insurance premiums. When I had to make a claim on my home, they were helpful the entire way and communicated directly with my insurance for me when I couldn’t get a response. I’d highly recommend them if you are looking to change insurance companies and need advice.

Joe Byington was the most unprofessional wannabe insurance sales man. I was trying to get some quotes. He kept talking about other companies and bashing them. I get talking about things but to really talk down on anything but you isn’t professional. He kept saying Snake Farm. I am sort of appalled. I ending up going else where as he was just very rude and impatient. I felt rushed. Staying far far away.
